Badass Bars

I named this particular genre of filled bar 'Badass Bars' because when I started making them in 2010 in Gainesville, Florida I couldn't find filled bars anywhere else. They say make what you want, and a 'badass' chocolate bar was what I wanted.

The name stuck and I stand by it.
