Serving suggestion
Delicious at room temperature or warm from the oven. Split each scone in two and spread both halves with clotted cream and jam to taste. Brew your favourite tea. Enjoy!

Storage
Scones
Keep scones in an airtight container.
Store for up to 3 days at room temperature or 3 months frozen.
Defrost under a clean tea towel and allow to come to room temperature.
Warm in an oven at 180°C for 4-5 mins (optional).
Clotted Cream
Keep cream refrigerated.
Once open, best enjoyed within 7 days.
